Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support, prepare quotes and manage customer information through Salesforce
- Act as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors into the showroom
- Coordinate product orders, delivery dates and follow-ups with clients and suppliers
- Support the day-to-day management, presentation and maintenance of the showroom
- Assist the wider sales team with administration, client enquiries and showroom events
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales support, showroom coordination, customer service or a similar role
- Ideally experience within lighting or the architecture & design industry
- Strong organisation, administration skills and attention to detail
- Professional, personable and confident when dealing with clients
- A genuine interest in lighting, interiors and design
